RPS were appointed by SEPIL in January 2007, to specifically deliver one aspect of the overall Corrib project – the re-routing of the onshore gas pipeline to address community concerns in relation to proximity to housing in Rossport, as recommended by Mr. Peter Cassells in his mediation report, July, 2006.
RPS will provide a full range of technical services to complete the re-routing, planning, environmental assessment, permitting and construction management of the onshore pipeline from the landfall to the reception terminal at Bellanaboy.
Throughout the provision of these technical services, RPS will also be involved in community consultation to ensure that the interests of the local residents are taken into consideration during the re-routing of the onshore pipeline.
